Order Tracking

The order tracking function allows you the user to see exactly what is happening to a particular order i.e. whether the order has been accepted by your dealer/supplier. Select the link which will display any orders that are yet to be accepted by your supplier as well as orders awaiting authorisation.

This grid explains to the user, the order reference (your purchase order number), system code and states whether the dealer/ your supplier has accepted the order and the date the order was raised.
